    Keith…I would suggest you check your email again and copy/paste the supplied Name and Firma as otherwise the serial wont work. Good luck!

    it would not let me copy and paste
    so I did it manualy..it would not work..said it was an invalid key

    Make sure you enter all the fields Name, Firma (Company) and Seriennummer exactly as provided in the email.
